Why are people enjoying and expressing this particular thing so much? Is it over‑exaggerated?
Yes, I did have a bike. I bought it with a lot of craze, and I truly enjoyed riding it, though I never went on a road trip. Maybe that’s why I have this question.
Then some big things happened in my life. I got married, days and years passed, and I eventually sold my RE 350 and bought a car. Initially, I felt that was the end of my bike life. With the car, I traveled comfortably, loved listening to songs, and enjoyed driving with my family.I was the first in my family to own a car, and that feeling itself was special—for me and for them. When I took them to functions and temples, they felt so happy, and I realized that this was my happiness too. Taking care of the family and making them feel comfortable is true happiness, and I don’t deny that.
But later, I started feeling a little different. For short distances—like going to the office or attending a function alone—or whenever I visited my hometown to meet friends or go nearby, I really missed bikes and the joy of riding one.
Of course, a car is safer and more comfortable than a bike. But riding a bike is something different. I remember a social media post that said: Driving a car is like watching a movie in a theatre, but riding a bike feels like you are in the movie yourself. That’s very true.
From there it all started to coming back into me, i watched number of travel vlogger and their videos and i found that yes that is fascinating for me. what we like is may be a lot but what we love is very few for me bike one of the few for sure
